if you're starting out just get the 550d with the kit lenses and buy yourself a 50mm 1.8. that's a good setup for starting out. then when you get more experienced buy better lenses. I havent bought any new lenses cause i have so much more to learn.

Im in the same boat, not overly confidnet, but il get through, maybe we should have a few ride days because there are about 5 great spots, and thats all dirt spots so, if we had a few days we could have footage of HEAPS of dirt riding, then as much skatepark riding as we want, just so we are clear, i dont film/edit at all, you have MSN?

Yeah, lots of great spots, Just so you know i have just got off the 26" hoops and into the 20" but still loving DJ, However, if you like i can hop back on the old STP, um yeah there are lots of tall lippy jumps (more bmx orientated) and i mean LOTS of them, then there are some decent gappers, which mitch has some great tricks over, have a look through some of mitches albums on farkin, i think there are some snaps in there, you wouldnt happpen to be CHUCKA_2 from farkin would you?

Yes i am a member of farkin, my current name is STP_2, but will not be as of tomorrow, i will let you know what the new name is. Ride day sounds great, ill have a talk to mitch, just so you know, mitch is a MUCH better rider than me, i can only 1 footed can, no footer, etc, HOWEVER, if u want a crash segment, look no further.
